Urge to punch moniter...
Hi guys, don't know if you're aware of this but, when viewing the gallery page using Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer, the page scrolls up and down in a jumpy way by itself, making it difficult to read and select links. When I pause the slideshows it does not jump as often but it still happens. A friend I was talking to in Korea on Skype last night had the same issue, so that rules out problems with my computer. If you could be so kind to fix this it would be much appreciated as I'd love to be able to read the articles and study the artwork! Thanks for your time! - Jaylene

Hi Jaylene,
Sorry to hear you're having issues! Are you referring to the gallery section at http://www.copicmarker.com/category/g...? I'm trying to recreate the issue on my computer on those 3 browsers, and right now they all seem to be working fine. I'll keep looking into it! -

Hey Kacy, thanks for looking at it!
Yes, that link is correct, it is the page that does it. I have visited it again and still have the same issue, If it is any help I am running Win 7 Ultimate with an ADSL 2+ connection and have all the latest updates for Java. Is there any other plug-in(s) that you suggest for optimal viewing?
I have asked one other friend look at the page from his computer, and he told me he also has the page 'jump'. It's a little puzzling I have never experienced this on a website before. -

Thanks for the extra info! I'll have someone look into it when they get a chance, it may be that the plug-in we have used for galleries is out of date. We'll see if we can recreate the problem from a Windows machine - that's the hard part about these types of issues, if our own computers aren't doing it, it's hard to figure out how to solve the problem :) We really appreciate you letting us know, thanks so much!
